What Zen is

Zen is an AI-powered relationship coaching assistant. It offers structured guidance, reframing, and communication scripts based on what you share. It is a coaching tool, not a licensed therapist, counselor, doctor, or emergency service, and nothing in the app should be treated as professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zen. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Not a crisis service

Zen is not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or are in an unsafe situation, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline directly -- do not rely on the app for emergency help.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use Zen to:

• Attempt to extract, abuse, or overload the underlying AI systems
• Send content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to harm others
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law

We may suspend access for use that violates these terms or abuses the service (for example, excessive automated requests).

Subscriptions and billing

Zen offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with higher usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the account management portal (accessible from the app); cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don’t provide refunds for partial periods. We may change plan prices or limits going forward -- if we do, we’ll give you notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

AI-generated responses

Responses are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, imperfect, or occasionally wrong. Use your own judgment, especially for decisions with real consequences. We are not liable for actions you take based on Zen’s responses.

No warranty

Zen is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helix AI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zen.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
